Our firewood comes 100% from German forests, is air chamber dried and has a residual moisture content of less than 18%.
The mixture of firewood consists of approx. 60% hardwood such as beech, oak and birch and approx. 40% softwood such as pine and spruce.
The logs can be burned immediately after delivery.
Due to the mixture of the individual types of wood and their different burning behavior, you do not need any additional firewood.
You now always have the right wood at hand for smoking, even if you want to change the taste at short notice.
All logs have a length of approx. 25 cm.
The thickness of the logs can vary due to the different types of wood.
Store the wood in a dry and well-ventilated place.
