Solvent-free roof paint & insulating paint.

MEM DACHLACK & ISOLIERANSTRCIH LÖSEMITTELFREI is suitable for concrete surfaces, plaster, foundations and walls made of fully jointed masonry in areas in contact with the ground for sealing against moisture. Suitable for the protection, care and regeneration of weathered, brittle and easily brittle bitumen roofing membranes (not suitable for synthetic roofing membranes).

Mode of action:
MEM DACHLACK & ISOLIERANSTRCIH LÖSEMITTELFREI dries to a seamless, water-repellent, film-like coating. The coating does not become brittle and is resistant to naturally occurring substances that are aggressive to concrete.

Underground u. processing:
1. The subsurface must be firm, stable, clean, largely even and free of cracks, gravel pockets, etc. and residues of oil, grease, dust or other separating layers.
2. The substrate may be slightly damp, with no visible film. The treated surfaces must not be permanently wet, as this will prevent them from drying out.
3. MEM DACHLACK & ISOLIERANSTRCIH LÖSEMITTELFREI stir well before use. A primer must be applied to absorbent surfaces. After drying, MEM DACHLACK & ISOLIERANSTRCIH LÖSEMITTELFREI is applied in 2 to 3 layers with a roller, brush or suitable spray device, whereby each layer must be completely dry before further processing.
4. Reinforcement fabric should be worked into the 2nd layer in areas at risk of cracking.
5. Avoid direct sunlight during processing.
Note: Rain must not get onto the waterproofing during processing and drying. The fresh coating can be damaged or washed off. The coating must be completely dry before subsequent work, only then will the final, sealing effect and mechanical strength be achieved. Suitable protective, drainage or insulation boards are required to protect the waterproofing, whereby point and line loads are to be avoided. Roofs must have a slope of at least 3 ° in order to avoid permanent standing water.

Consumption:
approx. 220-250 ml / m² per layer

Processing temperature:
5 ° C - 30 ° C (air and component, also during drying)

Storage:
MEM DACHLACK & ISOLIERANSTRCIH LÖSEMITTELFREI must be stored frost-free and must not be stored at over 40 ° for a long period of time. Do not store in direct sunlight.
